一、注册流程

1、请登录会议网站https://www.ncec2025.com，首先注册为网站会员。如已经注册，使用会员用户名和密码登陆网站，点击“参会注册”栏目下的“个人代表注册”按钮，在线填写注册信息，并选择参会注册类型，参会代表只有在网站填写全部注册信息并完成交费，方为注册成功。注册成功后，系统会在2个工作日之内向您的注册邮箱发送“注册缴费确认函”。

2、团队参会请团长使用【团队参会注册】通道完成，满足5人或5人以上方可成团;

二、注册费用

1、注册费用于支付租用会场、会务设施和会议资料等费用，参会代表的交通费和住宿费自理。会议注册费统一由五邑大学收取并开具发票。

2、注册为中国化学会会员/学生代表类型的代表现场需出示【带照片的有效会员证】或【带照片的有效学生证】，否则不能享受注册费优惠，现场需补缴注册费。学生代表注册缴费不区分中国化学会会员与非化学会会员，不享受会员注册优惠。

3、会议注册以缴费时间为准，个人注册只有在8月31日（含）前缴纳注册费的代表方可享受提前注册的优惠价格，

9月1日起，会议注册费将自动变为正常注册价格；团队注册不受日期限制，享受优惠价格。

4、发票领取方式：会务组将于会议结束后 10 个工作日内将电子发票发送至注册时提交的邮箱，缴费代表请在邮箱内下载打印即可。

5、如需会前开具注册费发票，请将注册人姓名+单位、注册的手机号码、注册号（三选一）等准确信息发至邮箱ncec2025cw@wyu.edu.cn。1-3个工作日开出发票至代表邮箱。特别说明：会前一经开具的发票，不接受退费处理。

三、交费方式 ：

1、线上支付（大会推荐支付方式）

请使用支付宝/微信/或带有银联标识并已开通网银功能的银行卡进行在线支付。

请务必了解清楚所在单位报销时允许的支付方式（如公务卡还是个人自付）。

2、线下银行转账

收款人：五邑大学

开户行：中国工商银行股份有限公司江门五邑大学支行(若转账时无法选择“五邑大学支行”，可选择“江门蓬江支行”)

*若使用银行转账，务必在附言中备注：单位+姓名+NCEC注册费

*转账后务必将转账凭证（非请款凭证）上传至参会代表账号的凭证上传处，以便尽快确认您的缴费状态。

四、退费说明

1、线上缴费的代表如需退费，在个人中心提交申请退款。11月20日前申请的可在24小时内原路退回。

2、转账到五邑大学账户的代表如需退费，请提供注册号、缴费个人姓名、单位名称、缴费时间、金额、申请退款原因、接收退款的银行账户名、账号、开户行发送至邮箱ncec2025cw@wyu.edu.cn，财务收到信息后会给您尽快退费。

Ⅰ. Registration Procedure

1. Please visit the conference website at https://www.ncec2025.com and first register as a website member. If already registered, log in using your member username and password, then click the "Individual Registration" button under the "Conference Registration" section. Complete the online registration form and select your registration type. Registration will only be considered successful after all required information is submitted and payment is completed. Upon successful registration, the system will send a "Registration and Payment Confirmation Letter" to your registered email within 2 business days.

2. For group registration (minimum 5 participants), the group leader must complete the process through the [Group Registration] channel.

Ⅱ. Registration Fees

1. Registration fees cover venue rental, conference facilities, and meeting materials. Attendees shall bear their own transportation and accommodation expenses. All registration fees will be collected by Wuyi University with official invoices issued.

2. Attendees registering as Chinese Chemical Society (CCS) members or student representatives must present [valid photo ID membership cards] or [valid photo student IDs] on-site. Failure to provide such documentation will disqualify them from discounted rates, requiring supplementary payment. Student registration fees apply uniformly regardless of CCS membership status, with no member discounts available.

3. Registration status is determined by payment date. Only payments completed by August 31 (inclusive) qualify for early registration rates. Starting September 1, standard registration fees will automatically apply.

4. Invoice distribution: The organizing committee will email electronic invoices to registrants' submitted email addresses within 10 working days after the conference. Participants may download and print their invoices directly from their email.

III. Payment Methods:
